Hey JA Americas alumni,
Apply for the Alumni Leaders Academy, a JA Alumni Leadership Training hosted by JA Worldwide, aimed at developing and growing JA alumni networks in the region. In addition to attending a monthly online training, some participants will have the opportunity to attend the Global Alumni Summit 2024.
Additionally, the participants will serve as presidents in a voluntary capacity of your JA alumni location for 2024. This will be a unique opportunity to develop your leadership skills, build your professional experience and your CV, and access trainings, speaking engagements, and additional opportunities.

We’ve designed the Alumni Leaders Academy to provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to become influential leaders in their alumni networks. At the end of the academy, each participant commits to becoming the leader of their alumni network for the next year and walks away with a strategy for their country.

Travel and participation costs for the conference will be covered for some of the participants of the training. Limited spots are available (no more than one person per JA location).

- From a JA Americas country?
- A graduate from a Junior Achievement program?
- A strong leader with the ability to commit to the voluntary president role from March 2024 to December 2024?
- A great communicator and community builder?
- Able to volunteer 15 hours per month to build, grow, and expand the JA alumni network?
- Excited to join monthly JA Worldwide alumni leader meetings and give updates on alumni activities
- An active communicator who can report on your JA location?
- 18+ years old?
- Able to communicate in English?
>> COMMITMENT <<
In addition to participating in the virtual training, you will serve as president in a voluntary capacity of your JA alumni location from April 2024 to December 2024. This role requires you to dedicate at least 15 hours per month to building, growing, and expanding the JA alumni network.
You must also attend monthly JA Worldwide leaders’ meetings and provide updates on JA alumni activities. Additionally, you will need to attend regular meetings from the JA Americas Alumni network. This role requires your dedication, passion, and desire to positively impact the JA alumni community.
